With a background in management and a growing interest in financial planning, Heidi began to recognize an opportunity to combine her analytical approach with her interest in working directly with people.

She pursued further education in finance to deepen her understanding of financial planning and investment strategies. This experience reinforced her belief that effective financial advice starts with understanding the individual, rather than simply recommending a product.

That interest eventually led her to leave her managerial career and establish Ascend Advisory.

She and her team built Ascend with a straightforward approach: provide clear information, understand each client's circumstances, and help them make informed financial decisions based on their individual goals.

Today, her focus is on making financial planning easier to understand and helping people take a more deliberate approach to their financial future.
